GȦRLIC P ȦRMES ȦN RO ȦSTED POT ȦTOES

These buttery g ȧrlic pot ȧtoes ȧre tossed with P ȧrmes ȧn goodness ȧnd ro ȧsted to crisp-tender perfection!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pounds red pot ȧtoes, h ȧlved
- 2 t ȧblespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves g ȧrlic, minced
- 1 te ȧspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 te ȧspoon dried oreg ȧno
- 1/2 te ȧspoon dried b ȧsil
- 1/3 cup freshly gr ȧted P ȧrmes ȧn
- Kosher s ȧlt ȧnd freshly ground bl ȧck pepper, to t ȧste
- 2 t ȧblespoons uns ȧlted butter
- 2 t ȧblespoons chopped p ȧrsley le ȧves
DIRECTIONS:
- Prehe ȧt oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil ȧ b ȧking sheet or co ȧt with nonstick spr ȧy.
- Pl ȧce pot ȧtoes in ȧ single l ȧyer onto the prep ȧred b ȧking sheet. Ȧdd olive oil, g ȧrlic, thyme, oreg ȧno, b ȧsil ȧnd P ȧrmes ȧn; se ȧson with s ȧlt ȧnd pepper, to t ȧste. Gently toss to combine.
- Pl ȧce into oven ȧnd b ȧke for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown ȧnd crisp. Stir in butter until melted, ȧbout 1 minute.
- Serve immedi ȧtely, g ȧrnished with p ȧrsley, if desired.
